As new Holy Spirit life comes into our congregation, that which we have longed for is upon us! The incomparable Presence of the Lord, healing, deliverance, and a new anointing of the voice of the Lord is loosed into our meetings! We now learn to change old paradigms and strategies and even goals, as Holy Spirit infuses His ways and purposes into our established plans. Change is difficult for all of us, and in leadership we often feel out of control as Holy Spirit’s gifts begin to flow. How can we steward the moves of God?
